Minimum 3 Years of experience in Documentation, training, capacity building, project formulation/Implementation and monitoring, preferably in Women & Child development or social welfare sectors with government or NGOs. |
Resident Superintendent | Any woman with a master’s Degree in Law, Social Work Sociology social science or psychology and at least 5 Years of experience working in relevant women-dosed field with an administrative setup whether part of a government of NGO project/Program. Ideally, the candidate should also have at least 1 Year of counseling experience within or outside the same setup She should ideally be a resident of the local community to leverage local expertise and human resources, ensuring the center operate effectively a responds well to community needs. |
Child Wellfare Officer | Qualification and Requirements: - Education: A graduate, preferably with a B.A. in Social work, Sociology, Social Sciences, or LLB from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experie3nce working with the government an NGO, or in legal matters, especially related to Women & Child rights.
- Sill and Knowledge:
Strong understanding of women and child rights and protection issues. Computer proficiency is required. - Preference: Candidate with relevant work experience will received added weightage.

Warden | Qualification and Preference: - Education: A Graduate degree with demonstrated proficiency in computer operations.

Project Manager | - A Postgraduate degree or equivalent in disciplines such as healthcare, humanities, social sciences, management, or a post graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on rural management, community development, or social work.
- At least 10 years of progressive management experience involving oversight of field-based teams to ensure effective, timely, and high-quality implementation of programs with state or national -level non-governmental organization (NGOs).
- Experience working on programs that support the elderly, ideally in collaborating within government agencies, local NGOs, or community based organization (CBOs,) is preferred.
